Barrington Hall Cooking Class - Country French

Roswell's own Chef John Wilson will be teaching his "Country French" cooking class at historic Barrington Hall on Tuesday, July 22nd. You will learn how to prepare a Three-Cheese Spread with Tomatoes, Chicken Breast in a Beurre Rouge Sauce, Spicy Zucchini Bake and Cat Tongues. After you've prepared your meal you'll dine on it in the spacious kitchen of Barrington Hall. Complimentary wine will be included. You will also receive a free mini tour of Barrington Hall.
