Barrington Hall Cooking Class - Couples Grilling

Roswell’s own Chef John Wilson will be teaching “Couples
Grilling at historic Barrington Hall on Tuesday, April 15th. You will learn how to prepare Grilled
Portobello Mushroom Sandwiches with Fresh Basil Mayo, Western Rubbed and Mopped
Flank Steak, Rosemary Grilled Potato Skewers, and Grilled Chutney Fresh Fruit
Kabobs.  After you’ve prepared your meal
you’ll dine on it in the spacious kitchen of Barrington Hall. Complimentary
wine will be included. You will also receive a free mini tour of Barrington
Hall. Join us for this evening of culinary fun. Please call 770-640-3855 to
reserve your spot. Reservations are required as space is limited. The class
will be held from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The cost of the class is $50 per
person.
