Barrington Hall Cooking Class - Do Ahead Buffet Dinner Party

Roswell’s own Chef John Wilson will be teaching his “Do Ahead Buffet Dinner Party” at historic Barrington
Hall on Tuesday, April 8th. Chef John will teach
you, in his witty and engaging style, how to prepare a Rosemary Dijon Chicken
Breast, Gratin of Eggplant, Tomatoes and Zucchini, Whipped Potato and Fennel
Puree and a Pineapple Sorbet.  After
you’ve prepared your meal you’ll dine on it in the spacious kitchen of
Barrington Hall. Complimentary wine will be included. You will also receive a
free mini tour of Barrington Hall. Join us for this evening of culinary fun.
Please call 770-640-3855 to reserve your spot. Reservations are required as
space is limited. The class will be held from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The cost of
the class is $50 per person.
