Barrington Hall Cooking Class - Gluten Free Baking

Roswell’s own Chef John Wilson will be teaching his “Gluten Free Baking” cooking class at historic
Barrington Hall on Tuesday, March 18th. Chef
John will teach you, in his witty and engaging style, how to prepare Chewy
Chocolate Cookies, Quinoa Almond Cookies, Almond Blueberry Muffins and Lemon Poppy
seed Cake.  After you’ve prepared your
meal you’ll dine on it in the spacious kitchen of Barrington Hall.
Complimentary wine will be included. You will also receive a free mini tour of
Barrington Hall. Join us for this evening of culinary fun. Please call
770-640-3855 to reserve your spot. Reservations are required as space is
limited. The class will be held from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The cost of the class is
$50 per person.
