Barrington Hall Cooking Class - Tamale Workshop

Roswell’s own Chef John Wilson will be teaching his “Tamale Workshop” cooking class at historic Barrington
Hall on Tuesday, February 25th. Chef John will
teach you, in his witty and engaging style, how to prepare Masa, Spicy Chicken
Tamales, Black Bean, Green Chile and Cheese Filling and Chocolate Tamales.  After you’ve prepared your meal you’ll dine on
it in the spacious kitchen of Barrington Hall. Complimentary wine will be included.
You will also receive a free mini tour of Barrington Hall. Join us for this

Reservations are required as space is limited. The class will be held from 6:30
PM to 9:30 PM. The cost of the class is $50 per person.
