This Hatha Flow class offers a creative Asana (posture) sequence incorporating sun salutation. It focuses on the flow of movement with breath as well as mindful attention to body alignment. The class ends with a short meditation to quiet the mind and connect with the soul. Hatha yoga encourages a healthy mind-body connection. Hatha Yoga utilizes the control of breathwork to improve oxygenation of cells throughout the body.
