Pre-Dinner Drinks
First Course
Buckwheat and Potato Hush Puppies: Served with a Spicy Garlic Chutney.
Second & Third Courses
Masala Poori: Deep fried Wheat Puffs
Uundhiyoo: A Fall medley of Purple Yam, Pumpkin, Eggplant, three kind of beans and more, cooked in a rich, spicy coconut and onion ‘sauce’.
Gujarati Daal: A special, regional dish, of pigeon peas cooked with peanuts, cashews, jaggery and a dozen spices.
Navrattan Pulao: A rich basmati pilaf, with dried fruits, and fresh mint.
Served with Radish and Cucumber Raita.
Fourth / Dessert Course
Doodhi-halwa: A delicate preparation of bottle-gourd cooked down in heavy cream, sweetened, and flavored with pistachios, saffron, and crunchy Chirongi Nuts.

This is a stictly vegetarian, alcoholfree dinner. Guests may not BYOB.
