New Year Workout, Challenge and Dream Board Event

The New Year is upon us and it's time to start off with a bang!  Join us for Skyrobics, a challenging, yet fun aerobics class on huge trampolines.

Don't miss it this time, because not only is it a lot of fun, but we will be revealing the New Year, New You Challenge AND we will be creating dream boards after the workout.

A dream board is a visual representation of the goals you want to achieve.  Studies have shown that those who write down their goals are much more likely to achieve those goals than those who do not.

For this activity, think about what you would like to achieve physically, financially, spiritually, socially, etc.  Please bring home, car or other magazines that have pictures that represent what you want in your life, a sheet of poster board, scissors and glue stick.
