The best part is that it's free!Yoga- Stretch, Breathe, Connect, and Relax while toning and strengthening your body. This Hatha Flow Yoga class encompasses all: Mind, Body and Soul. A creative Yoga Asana flow will be focused on alignment and breath, followed by a ten minute relaxation and meditation to quiet your brain, and connect you with your source. Zumba- This is actually exercise in disguise! You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow the instructor’s lead. Zumba is such a fun way to stay in shape and meet some new friends. It is also a great way to stay fit during the holidays, with all the tempting holiday celebrations and treats that are so hard to resist. You'll love the results.Belly Dancing- Belly Dancing is as liberating as it is fun! This is a non-impact, weight-bearing exercise that focuses on correct posture and muscle control. The dance improves flexibility in the torso, plus strengthens back and abdominal muscles. Ladies, isn’t it time to treat yourself to an image boost, lose your inhibitions, explore your sensuality, and celebrate your inner goddess? Beginners are welcome!
