Community Meeting


The Jan. 28 City Council work session will be dedicated to a discussion of the latest findings and analysis of the recommended tank location options, including new ideas developed since the last public presentation. The Jan. 28 meeting is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Roswell City Hall, 38 Hill Street, Roswell GA 30075 in Room 220. Citizens are invited to attend and share their comments directly with the project team. If you’re unable to attend, please note that the revised concepts and information from the meeting will also be posted to the City’s website for your review.

Input and comments will continue to be received until Feb. 5. All of the findings and input will be presented at the Feb.12 Public Safety and Public Works Committee meeting for consideration by that body. A final decision on the tank location is expected to be made at the Feb. 25 City Council meeting.

Waller Park


The community meeting on Jan. 28 will focus primarily on the water treatment plant. Throughout the discussion of the water plant project, community members have expressed their interest in Waller Park and the desire to share input for its continued enhancement. Comments from the public will be taken concerning Waller Park following the discussion of the water treatment plant. Comment cards will also be available at the meeting for your input on both the water plant and the park.
