The Six String Social Club opens it's 11th annual concert season with GRAMMY® Award-winning acoustic guitarist Ed Gerhard on Saturday, February 8, 2013. From sold out tours of Japan to headlining festivals in Italy, Ed Gerhard's music has touched concert audiences all over the world. Gerhard stands out among instrumental performers for his ability to captivate audiences with virtuosity, generosity and humor. Known for his gorgeous tone and compositional depth, Gerhard can move a listener with a single note. The location of the concert is Ragamuffin Music Hall, 585 S. Atlanta St., Roswell, GA.

Gerhard returns to Roswell for his ninth visit celebrating the highly anticipated release of his new CD "There and Gone." a collection of original compositions and covers including a stunning arrangement of "Imagine/Across the Universe," "I'm so lonesome I Could Cry" and a concert favorite on Weissenborn, "Killing the Blues." Performing on six string guitar and Hawaiian lap steel, Gerhard combines rare compositional depth with inspired virtuosity.
