NATURE IS ALWAYS OPEN AT THE CHATTAHOOCHEE NATURE CENTER

Visit the Chattahoochee Nature Center where ‘Nature' is open

every day of the year!  Winter is a great time to see naked trees stretch

their limbs, exposing beautiful bark.  Make your resolutions count and

take a hike to keep fit during your winter break.  1 short loop around our
new Wildlife Walk (using ramps) is 0.3 miles with 3 laps making a mile. You
won’t even notice the brisk weather while observing wildlife, listening to
songbirds and watching the antics of squirrels and other woodland
creatures!  Open Monday – Saturday, 10-5 pm & 12- 5pm Sunday.  (CLOSED CHRISTMAS EVE & CHRISTMAS DAY- BUT OPEN FOR CAMP ON CHRISTMAS EVE ONLY)
