Playful Yoga Teacher Certification Training

No yoga experience necessary.  This all adult training provides a program of movement for the 2-6 year old crowd and is relevant for parents, early childhood teachers and students.  Learn to use movement for easier transitions, to teach young children greater self control, and to start building confidence and curiosity in  physical activity, balance and coordination.  Certification as a Playful Yoga instructor opens up teaching opportunity in child care centers and your own neighborhood.
