Project 9/11 Flag Memorial at Roswell High School

Roswell families are encouraged to visit Roswell High School on Wednesday, September 11th to view the Project 9/11 flag memorial on the front lawn of RHS.  The year's seniors were in Kindergarten on 9/11/2001.  The students are starting a new RHS tradition that will honor this day in American history with a display of 2977 flags for the victims that were lost.  We encourage all to wear red, white and blue on Wednesday.  We hope parents will use this day to share a civic lesson with your family.  The RHS students and families have raised $2000 to be donated to the Roswell Fire and Police foundation in honor of 9/11. The flags will remain on display for 24 hours.
