Self-Defense Class for Teen Girls

Just Yell Fire for teen girls age 11 and older

Join the experts at Revved Up Kids for "Just Yell Fire" teen self-defense training. This class will teach teen girls age 11 and older how to recognize, avoid and escape violence from from strangers, acquaintances and dating partners.

Girls will learn how to be "street smart" by modifying their behavior to stay safer and recognizing dangerous situations and people. The training class uses real-world video scenarios to illustrate the proper way to respond to a threat. Girls will also learn and practice simple, effective self-defense techniques that will allow them to injure and escape a much larger, stronger attacker. All participants receive a take home safety resource packet. Parents are welcome to attend with their daughters at no charge.
