can be fun, but don’t forget beer is an awesomely versatile ingredient in
recipes from brew-fueled pub soups and batter-fries to bitter-sweet chocolate
and burnt caramel desserts. We’ll raise a few pints, and pour our fair share
into the mixing bowls in this creative lesson on cooking with beer.
