Winter Base Camp- The Lead Pack Cycling Group

Meet us for a fitness camp related to conditioning for cyclist, triathletes, and runners. 45-1 hour of fitness camp, followed by a free endurance bike ride the time on the bike moves up every 3-4 weeks and we are currently riding about 2 hours. This is to keep your "Base Aerobic fitness" up for next spring and the main endurance sport season.
