Roswell Police Lend a Helping Hand
"Heroes and Helpers" day took place Saturday at the Target on Holcomb Bridge Road.
Last week we told you about the "Heroes and Helpers" event at the Roswell East Target store that was designed to bring some Christmas cheer to more than 30 needy children.
More than 20 staffers from the Roswell Police Department and graduates of the department's Citizens' Academy accompanied children as they shopped with gift cards.
They also got to meet with Santa Claus and enjoyed gift-wrapping, crafts and food.
