I see so many members with lower back pain.  Our backs, through years of neglect, improper alignment, poor posture or physical trauma, can be very troubling for us, suffering with chronic pain.  There are many ways and methods to heal our backs.  I believe that our body's have a natural ability to heal themselves of many of the ailments that have become commonplace in our society, backs included.
