SVFit Turkey Challenge

Thanksgiving is coming up. There's gonna be dressings and stuffings and pies and leftovers. Instead of focusing on what we can and cannot eat, we will focus on BURNING some major calories - EVERY DAY - during the week of Thanksgiving. Yes, that is 7 days of exercise and working out hard to burn off all the extra calories we will consume on Thursday and Friday (and maybe other days) during the week.

And this IS a CONTEST! For those who have devices and apps to track calories, we will post calories 'crushed' each day and we will have a male and female (because bigger people burn more calories automatically) winner for burning the most calories that week.Β  We will also have a winner for the person/people who logged the most exercise hours for the week!Β  Prizes TBD, however the biggest prize is the pride and sense of accomplishment you will feel on Sunday December 1 after hitting it HARD for 7 straight days - and still be able to button your pants!
