Ten Year Community Give Back – Bring the Kids

A Roswell Chiropractor has decided to celebrate her 10th anniversary serving metro Roswell  by opening the doors of her practice to the community for free adjustments – but with a special call for youngsters. “Most people don’t realize,” said Dr., Deborah Pearson, “that back problems, poor alignment, can be an issue virtually from birth.”  “Think about it,” she urges, “the birth canal is a very narrow (10cm) passage way and the newborn goes through real contortions.”  “Births via C sections create problems in and of their own.” The youngest patient she has ever treated?  “”Two weeks old,” answers the Doctor, “and he gave me a great big smile when I handed him back to his mother.”   “If  you stop to think about it, Dr Pearson said, “a baby’s spine lengthens by a fully 50% by the time they celebrate their first birthday. That’s very aggressive growth – wouldn’t you want to make sure your baby is in proper alignment to ensure proper symmetrical growth from that point on?”   Her oldest, or most senior patient? A very spry 92 year old.   When those taking advantage are finished with their free adjustment, young or old,  there’ll be free food and drink plus drawings for door prizes.   The central  Florida native began her practice in the Roswell area and says she has no plans to leave. “We’ve grown our practice over the past 10 years; the area has been very good to us. We’re here to stay. It’s nice to be able to be in a position to give back”   And for the record, just how many adjustments has Doctor Pearson made over the course of her 10 years in our community?  “Fifty thousand, an average of 5,000 a year,” she says, “and I can’t even begin to tell you how good it makes me feel to be able to help others to be at their healthy best.”
