Teens Can Explore Life Underground

CNC to bring live animals to library program.

Teens will have the chance to explore underground life when Chattahoochee Nature Center experts bring live animals to a Roswell Library program.

Participants ages 11 to 17 will examine "Life Beneath the Surface" on Monday, July 8, at 2 p.m. Teens will have the chance to meet the animals and learn about their underground habits.

The program is free, but reservations are required. Call 770-640-3075. The library is located at 115 Norcross St.

"Life Beneath the Surface" is part of the library's Beneath the Surface Teen Summer Reading program. Students who read and log five books get a free Chick-fil-A sandwich coupon and are entered in drawings for flash drives, Nook eReaders and a Kindle Fire.
