Man Shot Outside Johns Creek Business, Driven to Roswell

Victim survived; taken to Grady.

A man was shot outside in Johns Creek and then driven to a Roswell fire station, Friday night.

According to Rosemary Taylor, communications manager for the Johns Creek Police Department, 911 received a call for shots fired around 8 p.m. But when Johns Creek Police arrived at the service station, 9930 Jones Bridge Road, just north of Old Alabama Road, the victim was not at the scene.

Shot twice in the chest and leg, he apparently was driven to a fire station in Roswell before being transported to Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.

Roswell Police called the JCPD to let them know the victim had been driven to Roswell. Detectives are investigating the incident.
