North Fulton Robbery Suspect Arrested in Louisiana

Vincent Anthony Baiamonte III was wanted for holding up an Alpharetta Wells Fargo and trying to rob a CVS store in Roswell.

A man from Louisiana has been arrested and charged in connection to an armed robbery at an Alpharetta bank on Crabapple Road. 

Vincent Anthony Baiamonte III, 27, was arrested on Sunday in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the FBI said in a press release on Monday.

He has been charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault by the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety in connection to a robbery that occurred at Wells Fargo at 12450 Crabapple Road

Baiamonte, of Hammond, La., has also been charged by the Roswell Police Department with armed robbery in connection with an attempted robbery at CVS in Roswell, located at 12070 Crabapple Road. 

Federal charges against Baiamonte are also pending, the FBI said.

The suspect stood out for wearing a Harley Davidson T-shirt when he allegedly committed both crimes. Baiamonte remains behind bars in Baton Rouge and is expected to be extradited back to Fulton County.
