Police Blotter: June 27-July 3

The following arrest information was supplied by Roswell Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Miami man was arrested by Roswell Police on Sunday, July 3 for public indecency after an officer witnessed him urinate on and around his vehicle parked in front of the Starbucks on Alpharetta Highway.

When asked why he had done it, the arresting officer reported the man, who appeared intoxicated, told him that he could "not make it to the restroom inside Starbucks." According to the police report several people were sitting on the patio near the man when the incident occurred. 

Though he told one officer he had an open container of alcohol in the vehicle, the man later recanted to the arresting officer and denied having any alcohol in the vehicle.
