Police Blotter: May 2-8

Local police officers were called to the Roswell Library on Norcross Street after receiving a public indecency call. Librarians called the Roswell Police Department when a female patron told them that she observed a black male “sitting in the aisle in front of the help desk” with the top of his pants open to expose himself to the woman.

He fled the library as soon as she rose to tell someone. The man was described as wearing a dark shirt, blue jeans and a baseball cap.

According to the police report, similar incidents have occurred at several Fulton County libraries recently and may be the same man.
