Police Make Second Arrest in Halloween Rape Case
Robert Anthony Guillen turned himself over to authorities on Saturday afternoon.
Roswell Police arrested Robert Anthony Guillen Saturday afternoon, Nov. 19, after he showed up at the department to turn himself in. Guillen, 21, is one of two young men accused of raping two 14 year old girls at the Martins Landing playground on Halloween night.
Police had been unable to locate Guillen up until the time of his arrest since he is homeless and had no definitive ties to the area.
. The two victims, both 14 year old girls, reported that they were sexually assaulted by two acquaintances. Within a week a 14 year old boy was arrested in the case on charges of statutory rape, child molestation, enticing a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

But Guillen, originally from Colorbay, Fl., remained at large until Saturday.
