Roswell Creek, located at 1000 Holcomb Bridge Road, is the third largest complex in the city with 508 units.

It was the first complex to join the department's Crime-Free Housing program in 2009. Since joining, the numbers of calls for police service from the complex has been cut in half.

Apartment Manager Karina Campos has been with the complex since the program has been in effect. Campos is credited with following the curriculum from the department "thoroughly" and has "evicted anyone involved in criminal activity to make her residents safe," the department said in a news release.

In an effort to be proactive, Campos hired four off-duty officers from Roswell Police to work security in the community.

Audubon Properties, owner of the apartment complex, has also improved the overall appearance of the grounds and buildings and will continue with the improvements to its aesthetics.
