Roswell Helps Johns Creek Rescue Four Teens from Chattahoochee

The Roswell Fire Department was called to the aid of Johns Creek Monday night.

As first reported by CBS Atlanta news station, the Roswell Fire Department assisted members of the Johns Creek Swift Water team in rescuing several teens from the Chattahoochee River Monday night.

Only four teens were in need of rescue, instead of the five previously reported by the news station, according to Roswell Fire Chief Ricky Spencer.

The "Johns Creek [Fire Department] boat is out of service and we were used as a backup," he said.
