Roswell Home Damaged in Fire

No one was injured in the fire that broke out shortly after midnight.

A Roswell home was damaged in an early Saturday morning fire.

The Roswell Fire Department responded to the fire at the home off Sloan Street around 1:51 a.m. Saturday, according to its Facebook page.

Firefighters "quickly searched the home" and swiftly put out the fire.

No one was hurt in the blaze and "the property loss was minimized as a result of the crews' prompt actions," the department said.

The department is investigating the cause of the fire.
