Roswell Police Arrest 14-Year-Old Rape Suspect, Still Searching for Second Suspect

Police are still looking for a second suspect in the case.

Wednesday night, Roswell Police Department arrested a 14-year-old suspect who allegedly was involved in the rape of juvenile girls at a Martin's Landing neighborhood playground on Halloween night.

"Because he is a juvenile, I can not release any information about him," Roswell Spokesperson Lisa Holland wrote in an e-mail Thursday afternoon.

Holland also said she did not know the exact nature of the charges leveled against the minor.

Police are still looking for a second suspect in the case, 21-year-old Robert Anthony Guillen. Guillen, who is said to be homeless, is wanted for statutory rape, molestation, contributing to the delinquincy of a minor and enticing a minor for indecent purposes.

According to a police report, Guillen and the minor suspect assaulted the two 14-year-old girls at the playground Halloween night. Police found a pair of purple panties during their investigation that same night.
