Roswell Police Request Information in Child Molestation Case

The Roswell Police Department believe there may be more victims of abuse in alleged child molestation case involving Brannon Robert Steck.

Roswell resident, Brannon Robert Steck, was arrested by the yesterday, Wednesday, Aug. 24 for child molestation and other related charges, including enticing a child for indecent purposes, sexual assault and aggravated sexual battery. 

Steck, a self-employed music teacher, lived on Glenn Holly Drive. Although the alleged incident for which he was reported took place about a year and a half ago, he was reported to police in late July of this year by the state Department of Family and Children Services. In the month since, the investigation of Steck produced enough evidence to gain an arrest warrant.

The alleged victim was one of Steck's students.

Roswell police believe there may be more victims and is asking anyone having information related to the case to please call the Roswell Police Department at 770-640-4150.

Steck has been transferred to the Fulton County Jail.
