Roswell Teen Says 'Sexting' Photo was Posted to Facebook

A local mother called after she said a fake Facebook profile had been set up with a naked picture of her daughter.
The 17-year-old daughter told police that she had text the photo of herself to her ex-boyfriend, who was also 17-years-old, a month prior to the Jan. 20 incident. An argument with the teen's cousin was the reason she believed the photo was to be posted to the fake Facebook profile.
Despite laws that would require charges filed against the daughter for distribution of obscene materials to a minor, police made no arrests in the matter since the profile had already been taken down and the photo could not be obtained.
