Roswell Council Calls 2 Special Meetings
The meetings next Monday and Wednesday include consideration of LOST distribution and the Unified Development Code.
The Roswell City Council has called two special meetings next week at City Hall.
The first, slated for 5 p.m. Monday in the Council Chambers, includes a recommendation for a closed meeting to discuss litigation and personnel.
Also on the agenda is consideration of a distribution certificate for the Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) from Fulton County.
Roswell's share in those funds was calculated to increase by around $900,000, from $20.8 million to $21.7 million, based on population gains reported in the 2010 census.
Wednesday's special meeting, which is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. in Room 220 of City Hall, pertains to the Unified Development Code, with an update on the following:
- Discussion of map change requests received by staff
- Review of Use Table
- Review of Building Types by District
