Roswell City Administrator Receives Prestigious Designation

The International City Managers Association recently honored Roswell City Administrator Kay Love.

Roswell City Administrator Kay G. Love recently received the Credentialed Manager designation from the International City Managers Association (ICMA), which is the premier local government leadership and management organization.

To receive the prestigious ICMA credential, a member must have significant experience as a senior management executive in local government, earned a degree, preferably in public administration or a related field and demonstrated a commitment to high standards of integrity and to lifelong learning and professional development. Love is one of only 1,225 local government management professionals credentialed through the ICMA.

Roswell Mayor Jere Wood said he is not surprised Kay received the designation. “Kay is a leader in her field. She has the confidence and respect of myself, council and city employees and is a consummate professional. We’re very proud of her accomplishment.”
