Roswell City Hall Closed Until Thursday

The city sanitation schedule also has been altered for some customers.

All City of Roswell government offices and City Hall will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 31, and Monday, Jan. 1, in observance of the New Years holiday.

City Hall, located at 38 Hill Street, will reopen for normal business hours on Thursday.

The Roswell Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Board meeting that was scheduled for Thursday has been delayed a week, to Thursday, Jan. 9, at 11 a.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.

Residents are reminded that the city sanitation schedule has been altered this week, just as it was last week, for customers whose pickup is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Those pick-ups will be pushed back a day, from Thursday through Saturday.

On Saturday, Roswell residents can bring their recycled Christmas trees to Home Depot locations at the Holcomb Woods Shopping Center and 870 Woodstock Road as part of Keep Roswell Beautiful's "Bring One for the Chipper" campaign.

The hours for drop-off are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please do not drop off before the designated time.
