Property owners wanting to make zoning changes would need to present their request to Mayor and Council and go through a conditional use process, consistent with how zoning change requests historically have been handled in the City of Roswell.

The Mayor & Council will hold another work session on Jan. 6, with First Reading of the UDC scheduled for Jan. 13.
