Roswell Continues UDC Process Monday

A special called work session will cover the latest revisions as the public review period continues.

A special called work session on Monday will be devoted to an update of the proposed Roswell Unified Development Code

The Mayor & Council will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday in Room 220 of Roswell City Hall, 38 Hill Street (see attached PDF for agenda summary).

The work session precedes a regular meeting at 7 p.m. in council chambers.

A work 60-day public review period for the UDC began on Nov. 13.

The current UDC publication and map can be viewed at www.roswellgov.com/UDC. It reflects the changes directed by Mayor and City Council at the last Work Session on Oct. 14.

Property owners wanting to make zoning changes would need to present their request to Mayor and Council and go through a conditional use process, consistent with how zoning change requests historically have been handled in the City of Roswell.

The Mayor & Council will hold another work session on Jan. 6, with First Reading of the UDC scheduled for Jan. 13.

The UDC is slated for final adoption on Feb. 10.
