Roswell Council Calls Special UDC Work Session

The Mayor & Council will be meeting next Wednesday.

After last week's initial vote on the proposed Unified Development Code, the Roswell Mayor & Council will hold a special called work session on the subject next Wednesday.

The work session begins at 5 p.m. in Room 220 of City Hall, 38 Hill Street.

An agenda has not yet been made public; it should be posted by the end of the week at this link

The council voted 4-2 to adopt the First Reading of the UDC (draft proposal here). Council members Kent Igleheart and Betty Price said they wanted more information and answers to questions as some 50 amendments were presented.

Formal adoption could come as soon as Feb. 10.
