Roswell Council Postpones UDC Vote to Next Week

A motion was made and approved that the text amendments to the Code of Ordinances be deferred to coincide with the UDC text and be placed on the Mayor and City Council agenda for Feb. 24.

After last month's initial vote on the proposed Unified Development Code, the Roswell Mayor & Council last week voted to postpone a final decision on the proposed UDC until next week.

A motion was made and approved that the text amendments to the Code of Ordinances be deferred to coincide with the UDC text and be placed on the Mayor and City Council agenda for Feb. 24.

In January, the council voted 4-2 to adopt the First Reading of the UDC (draft proposal here).Β For more information on the UDC, see here.Β
