Roswell DDA City Green Project Discussions Continue

The DDA works to assure the long-term economic stability of downtown Roswell.

Roswell’s Downtown Development Authority is scheduled to meet Tuesday at 3:30 p.m., in Room 220 of City Hall. No agenda was available on the city’s website as of early Tuesday morning.

Recent meetings have seen the DDA discussing the City Green project, a conceptual plan to transform the 3.89 acres of landscape that surrounds City Hall.

The Roswell Neighbor reports that on Monday, the DDA presented at a Roswell city council workshop the plan to form a “park-like gathering space, amphitheater and accessory commercial uses” that would open up the rear portion of city hall to Ga. Hwy 9.
