Roswell Residents Invited to Join Transportation Telephone Town Hall Meeting

The Atlanta Regional Roundtable is using telephone calls to develop a transportation priority list that will go to voters to fund - or not - in 2012.

Have an issue or request regarding Roswell area transportation? Get on the phone - literally.

The Atlanta Regional Roundtable wants to hear from Fulton County residents about transportation priorities and concerns during a telephone town hall meeting tomorrow.

Roundtable members are working throughout the summer to develop a project list voters can decide to fund through a penny sales tax in July 2012. In order to do that, more than a million people will be called over six evenings and asked if they would like to participate in a conversation with local elected officials in their jurisdiction who serve on the Roundtable. However, residents may also choose to call in and give Roundtable members their input.
