A 60-day public review period began on Nov. 13, and will continue through Jan. 13, 2014, when Mayor and Council will hear a first reading of the ordinance and map review.

The current UDC publication and map can be viewed at www.roswellgov.com/UDC and reflects the changes directed by Mayor and City Council at the last Work Session on October 14, 2013.

Property owners wanting to make zoning changes need to present their request to Mayor and Council and go through a conditional use process, consistent with how zoning change requests historically have been handled in the City of Roswell.
