Roswell's Houze Road Undergoing Resurfacing

The city is currently resurfacing Houze Road from Alpharetta Highway to Cherokee County.

With the help of the Georgia Department of Transportation, the Roswell Transportation Department is resurfacing Houze Road from Highway 9 all the way to the Cherokee County line on State Route 140.

Baldwin Paving, which won the bid to do the work, has already begun the project. All work is being completed at night from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. and should take approximately 45 days, weather permitting.

Drivers in the area should go slow and be on the lookout for flagging instructions. The city's transportation department strives to provide the best possible mobility and accessibility to citizens and visitors.
