Roswell's July 4th Extravaganza Will Happen "Rain or Shine"

The city's 14th annual July 4th Fireworks Extravaganza will not be hampered by rain.

Despite the threat of heavy rains, the city of Roswell will still carry on its 14th annual July 4th Fireworks Extravaganza.

The fireworks, which will launch at dark, and the festivities will be held at Roswell High School "rain or shine," the city wrote on its Facebook page.

"Hopefully, the weather will hold off to make it an enjoyable and exciting evening. We look forward to seeing everyone out on the 4th," the city added. 

The city's events are as follows:

  • 5:30pm Carnival Games Begin and Food provided by Shane's Rib Shack
  • 6:00pm Big Biscuit Performs
  • 7:30pm Banks and Shane Performs
  • Fireworks will follow at dark
