Software Upgrade Will Take Some Roswell Services Offline
On June 17, Roswell's Community Development Department will not be able to process permits, payments and access its database for customers and the Finance Department won't be able to accept property tax payments.

Due to software upgrades in the city of Roswell’s Community Development and Finance departments, a number services provided by these offices will not be available on Tuesday, June 17.

Community Development will not be able to process permits, payments and access its database for customers.
The Finance Department will not be able to accept payments for property taxes on this date. However, that agency will be able to accept utility bill payments in person, online or over the automated phone system.

"We regret the inconvenience to our customers and appreciate everyone’s patience as we upgrade the system," the city said in its press release.
