Who's Funding Roswell Candidates?

Roswell Patch took a look at the contribution records of local candidates and we're sharing what we found with you.

UPDATED: 4:46 p.m. - There are 10 candidates racing for the three posts up for grabs this November and all of them have been campaigning non-stop. So we wondered - who believes in these candidates enough to support them financially?

Based on information the candidates' most recent reports to the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission - which is responsible for making candidate information and funding public - the candidates have recieved a mix of both contribution and loan money to fund their races.

Here's what that means: contribution funding comes from donors, while loans are derived from any monies that are borrowed and/or used out of personal accounts. Campaign finances that are reported as "loan" money can also be any personal money used temporarily when the campaign account was not available. Loan money may already be paid back.
