American Artisan Cheese Tasting
Throughout the United States, small, specialist cheese-makers are recapturing the craft of using milk from their own herds and respecting traditional methods of working with milk, to show us how a simple product can become a statement of its provenance. By tasting a variety of farmstead and artisan cheeses, we will discover how a cheese reflects the region in which itβs made and learn while history and tradition are powerful influences, they are not as important as terroir.
