Join us for an authentic taste of Italy! Via Elisa's Elisa Gambino is well known as a passionate artisan pasta maker having studied and perfected her craft in Italy. Today, she devotes her time to making outstanding tomato-based pasta sauces, which she simmers and jars locally in Vidalia, Georgia. Elisa’s mission is to “give everyone a meal worth remembering” and tonight is no exception as she shares with students the techniques and the stories behind some of her favorite Italian dishes.
