Summer in Tuscany

Students learn some of the ingredients, techniques, and history of Tuscan cooking as they enjoy authentic dishes from the region. Regional wine will be served. MENU: Florentine Grass-Fed Steaks over Arugula with Parmigiano-Reggiano & Peaches; Pizza with Onion Confit & Olives; Grilled Radicchio; Roasted Chicken with Lemon & Basil; and Balsamic Strawberries with Cream.
