Teen Self-Defense Class

Teen girls face a 1 in 4 chance of being date raped before they turn 22. Teen girls face attacks by strangers more often than any other age group. Is your daughter ever safe enough?

The Just Yell Fire self-defense program for teen girls is a nationally awarded empowerment program that gives girls age 11 and up the tools to recognize, avoid and escape dangerous situations.

Girls will learn how their behaviors and habits can put them into danger, how to recognize a dangerous person or situation, and how to use simple, intuitive street fighting techniques to injure and escape a much larger, stronger attacker.
